Flexibility

EBNERFAB is a full service job shop specializing in medium to heavy steel fabrications, annealing components, plate rolling and complete system assemblies. In addition to standardized designs and OEM equipment, EBNERFAB is also well suited to provide custom, one-off equipment for prototyping and pilot facilities.

EBNERFAB operates a modern and efficient manufacturing facility employing lean manufacturing techniques, advanced technologies and welding systems. Our manufacturing and project staff have extensive experience working with custom fabrications made of carbon steel, stainless steel, and high nickel alloys from a few hundred pounds to over 60 tons.

EBNERFAB is a business group operating within EBNER Furnaces; established in Wadsworth, Ohio since 1987. EBNER Furnaces is a wholly owned subsidiary of EBNER Industrieofenbau located in Linz, Austria and also has a sister company in Taicang China (near Shanghai). Worldwide, the EBNER companies employ approximately 1,000 people.

The EBNER group of companies are family owned and operated since 1948 and have a broad range of experience building complete heat treatment facilities and handling equipment for the steel, copper-base and aluminum industries. As a leading supplier of industrial furnaces EBNER's customers include most of the world's largest metal producers, i.e. ArcelorMittal, ALCOA, US Steel and Nucor are among their many references.

EBNERFAB welders are certified to AWS D1.1 and ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Section IX
EBNERFAB's QC program is thoroughly documented and available on request.
